Within 10 SESSIONS between 5-10 DAYS we will work intensively on the matter that seems unchangeable, unmovable. We will give your system a shack and boost, so that the seemingly impossible becomes possible.
Our society has turned into a society of consumers. As our insecurities grow, as it becomes easier to plug the inner voids and discontent with external things, we are turning out to be a generation of receivers and relentless consumers. We forget how to give and let go. Constantly changing interest, shaky beliefs, wast amount of choices and sensory excitement has made the mind ungrounded and unanchored in a steady state. Such a state of mind can easily loose its balance.
In this workshop we will explore the dimensions of our breath as a tool to let go, relax and release. We will touch some basic understanding of the anatomy of breath and have a look at the dimensions of breath and its correlation to every dimension of our being through the concept of the 5 Vayus. The closing part of this workshop will be exercises that can help you rebalance your body and mind in or after stressful, fearful and overcharging situations.

RAUM für NEUES
RAUM für NEUES is a co-working space, founded by Barbara Probst and Daniela Razocher in 2013. It is a little quiet oasis above the roofs of Vienna in the city centre near the Volksoper.
RAUM für NEUES offers its visitors a wide range of possibilities of somatic coaching. A group of practitioners work daily in personal sessions with clients on their physical, emotional and psychological needs in order to support them on their way to health and well-being. Apart from this you can find Yoga-Classes, Workshops, Lectures, Community gatherings and much more.
The place has 2 big working rooms of around 25m2 each, a spacious entrance area, a big bathroom, toilet and kitchen/office.
