8-weeks CORE YOGA 180€ Learn simple exercises for your little daily routine that strengthen all layers of muscles and areas that give your body support and stability. Respect and honor your body. Use yoga wisely, to nurture and replenish your energy reserves. Take time for yourself: Your body needs this time to regain strength. Every person who manages to take care of his/her own well-being is investing in his/her future health. Yoga helps you in different ways. We will invest time and awareness to: 1. bodily areas and functions that have to gain strength such as the pelvic floor and abdomen and the back. There are a number of certain things to be taken care of. 2. slowly and softly correct the posture in order to balance out again the way our body works best anatomically 3. last but not least release and reduce tension and stress in our body and mind, by guided Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) and recovery Yin Yoga positions. This will feel like refreshing the body and resetting the mind. Pls wear comfortable cloth. If you are interested in this class as a Postpartum Recovery and you have the opportunity to attend alone, you will have all the benefits for postpartum recovery.
