My Healing Days - Silence Retreat 26th of November - 3rd of December 2023 Dedicate these 7 days to yourself. Nourish your heart and soul through a daily Yoga Practice and Meditation in the midst of Austria’s beautiful nature. Enjoy the fresh winter air and forests at Schafferalm while recharging during our foundation-based as well as restorative Yoga sequences, meditation and healing Silence. We have a daily schedule, but as we will be a small delicate group we can adapt to the weather and everyone’s needs. „Silence will create the needed space to come closer to your self and self-love, find some peace of mind and rest trough nature, a very special community of like-minded people and simple days without any obligation, without internet and telephone will be your treatment. Come in touch with yourself completely amidst others in Silence.“ I welcome YOU to join the circle this winter! Start: 26. Nov - Arrival between 4-6pm, Welcome Soup + Welcome Circle End: 3. Dec - Closing Circle at 10am + Left Over Lunch + Packing Costs: 650€ for the 7 Days Yoga + Meditation Cours + 560€ for Accommodation + 3 vegan Meals/day + Snacks (Transportation is not included!) PS: You can have but don’t need to be a Yogi nor have any experience in Mediation to join!
