10-weeks PRENATAL YOGA 220€ You like Yoga and you are pregnant? No matter if you are new to Yoga or already practicing for many years: Pregnancy and Yoga are a Wellness-Programm for your body and mind during this special time. From the Yoga perspective, to be pregnant is to be in this state of ‚union‘ every second of the day. What may be appropriate at one stage be uncomfortable in another. Take this little time of 1 hours/week for yourself and practice with other pregnant women Yoga in a safe way. Yoga offers you both: Strength and Relaxation, and both are what you need during pregnancy and delivery. Yoga helps each woman during pregnancy and after giving birth in different ways. It is important that you take your time to discover what you enjoy and what brings the most benefit. Understanding your own response will help you to build your own practice. There are a few restrictions and important aspects to consider for your practice during these special times in your life. As your body and life will be changing, your Yoga practice has to be adjusted according to these transformations. The course will provide you with a firm foundation from which to practice with confidence those elements of yoga that are most appropriate and beneficial for you during pregnancy. Pls wear comfortable cloth. Bring your beloved tea-bottle or whatever you need to feel comfortable. I am looking forward practicing together.
