Breath is always with us, as long as we are alive - it is the link between all our conscious and unconscious aspects of existence.
From a yogic point of view BREATH can be understood as a process of receiving and letting go of life itself. When we breath in, we make ourselves receptive to fresh experiences. When we breath out, we are breaking old patterns and limitations.
Learn how to use the breath as a tool to become silent and balanced and you will find the how perfectly designed is the connection between your whole body and your mind.
We will learn simple Asanas that help you for being able to SIT STILL, touch aspects of anatomy - physiological as well as subtle - and discuss some aspects of Yoga philosophy, why this tradition and many meditation technics consider breath as such an important tool to create awareness and stillness in our lives.
I am looking forward to meet many interested people. This workshop can be your starting point for a daily Yoga and Meditation-Practice or offer you deeper understanding and inspirations for your already established practice.

RAUM für NEUES is a co-working space, founded by Barbara Probst and Daniela Razocher in 2013. It is a little quiet oasis above the roofs of Vienna in the city centre near the Volksoper.
RAUM für NEUES offers its visitors a wide range of possibilities of somatic coaching. A group of practitioners work daily in personal sessions with clients on their physical, emotional and psychological needs in order to support them on their way to health and well-being. Apart from this you can find Yoga-Classes, Workshops, Lectures, Community gatherings and much more.
The place has 2 big working rooms of around 25m2 each, a spacious entrance area, a big bathroom, toilet and kitchen/office.
