We want to enter this winter season together with you with the ancient knowledge of our rhythms. 

We will start with a sharing circle including a yummy ayurvedic kick-off snack.

This circle invites you to sense your own rhythms, to fall into your "time". We will proceed into a gentle yoga and a meditation that allows you to arrive fully in your own time.

This is followed by a nourishing lunch together with Doris' knowledge of Ayurvedic teachings about the natural rhythms that govern our lives. 

We will close the all-around restorative morning with a circle for sharing.

We are looking forward spending these precious hours together with you.

Pls note: The Workshop will take place with min. of 6 participants! It would be lovely to really enjoy this special circle... so we happily invite you to share the information freely. 

In case we have to postphone the event, it will take next year springtime.
