According to Yoga Philosophy a regular yoga practice can help to improve core body strength, flexibility, and posture, all of which can help ease back pain. Yoga helps alleviate lower back pain by strengthening and stretching the muscles of the lower back, reducing inflammation and increasing circulation of blood and prana. Regular yoga practice also improves posture and body mechanics, relieving pain and preventing injury by keeping the spine in proper alignment. 

We will focus on reliefing pain in the lower back, by practicing some Yoga Flow sequences, that support proper alignment, strength and stretching. You will learn how to use your attention and intuition to work with your back pain and find ease on a daily basis. We will touch some anatomic, medical and psycho-somatic aspects of lower back pain for better understanding our own back pain(s). 

Movement with attention, understanding and a still mind will be our true teachers to find the answers how to deal with the pain(s), that we are experiencing in our lower back.
