Service Description
PRIVATE SESSION - 5 APPOINTMENTS with Barbara 60mins/session - varying rates (IN PERSON or ONLINE) All sessions are in person. If you would like to meet online, please let me know. You will automatically receive an online link via email when you book that session. "You are totally unique, and what you need to be healthy varies from body to body." We will focus our attention on your body, your needs, your blind spots and vulnerabilities. I will guide you to a healthy place and personal practice so that your journey of transformation can begin and be supported in the best way possible. We will look at your symptoms, aches and pains from different angles because our pains and fears are never isolated issues in our lives. Somatic coaching provides you with many tools to feel safe, strong and clear enough about how and what to work with. The most important thing is where we focus our attention, because energy follows attention. How many sessions are needed for your issue will emerge as we work together. It is a journey. PLEASE NOTE: After a year of "The Sanctuary", higher prices for housing and rent now, and many years of not adjusting my prices to reflect these factors, I have to introduce new prices from September. I also offer 10-session packages. Especially injuries, chronic illnesses, and long lasting symptoms and behavior patterns need at least 2-3 months of continuous input (touch, understanding, learning, letting go,...) to change and/or recover. I look forward to working with you. Barbara Address: "The Sanctuary", Fuchsthallergasse 11/29, 1090 Vienna. Please note: - The amount of 700€ covers 5 sessions of 60mins each. In the case that we need more time for our session I allow myself to charge 15€ per 10min extra. This amount is to be paid after the session in cash or via bank transfer. - Please be on time, we will start and end the session on time. Sometimes I go beyond the hour if necessary. I ask for your patience if this happens before your scheduled session. - If you have booked an online session, please be there on time. Make sure your internet connection and sound are working properly beforehand, and that I can see you (your whole body if needed). It is also advisable to set up the session so that you have the least possible disturbance from other people, children or pets ;) The 5 Appointments Package is valid for 1,5 month.
