Somatic Coaching - Recovery Process
One week for yourself and your health.
Service Description
For one full week we will bring our attention to your body, where you need recovery. We will focus on your needs, the blind spots and the parts that call for attention. We will define a very narrow but essential focus. This can either be an area in your body - where you experience pain, weakness, numbness, strong reactions of fear, shock - or a behavior, emotional or mental pattern - that call for change and transformation. I will guide you through your automatic and healthy reactions of bodily patterns that activate when experiencing any kind of trauma, shock or strong impact in order to come out of freeze or dissociating states. I will guide you to your healthy place, so that your journey of recovering can start and be supported the best way possible. Over this period of time (4-7days, 1-2 Sessions each day: 5 or 10 in total) we will target your symptoms, pains and/or discomforts from different angles as our pains and fears are never isolated issues form our life. But we will stay with the defined focal point so that your body-mind-system is able to create a sustainable change. This intense version of a personal process will be decided between the two of us after we have met for a single session. Depending on your personal way of learning and on the pattern or symptom that needs attention and transformation, an intensive process can be a good option to really create the change that is needed. Why? Each session your body will get an input through touch, instructions and directed focus. Normally between sessions, this power of attention and clarity gets less and we may feel just a little difference. During an intensive process, we catch up where we ended the day before and don't allow our attention to slip away and be busy with other things meanwhile. Like this your level of attention as well as your related level of energy stays all the time with the symptom or issue, that you want to change. It is wise to take a few days off from work when you plan a recovery process. Please note that especially injuries, chronic conditions as well as long-term symptoms and behavior pattern need a minimum of 2-3 month of continuos input (touch, understanding, learning, release,...) in order to change and/or recover.
