These 4 days will not only broaden your understanding of your inherent mechanisms and how you can strengthen your energy balance, but also help you to recover. We will leave the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday stress behind us and spend our time surrounded by nature. We will feel our body and mind come to rest and thereby gain freedom and vitality. Start: 9. May - Arrival between 4-6pm, Welcome Soup + Welcome Circle End: 12. May - Closing Circle at 10am + Left Over Lunch, Departure around 12pm
