Women Retreat - "I am" 14th - 17th of May 2026 @Lausernest, Wildalpen Austria "I AM" is an invitation to pause, to turn inward, and to remember the essence of who you truly are — what lives beneath all the roles, expectations, and stories. Your Being. In this retreat, I create a safe and nurturing space where you can reconnect with yourself, discover and nourish your inner self. A space where you can soften, be honest, and fully alive — a space to meet yourself with everything that is present. "I AM" means: I am here. I am connected. I am enough. This weekend offers you time, space, and loving guidance to realign, recharge, and awaken your inner radiance — in harmony with nature’s rhythm and the circle of women. At this retreat, we invite you to immerse yourself in a rich blend of practices designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Begin each day with grounding yoga sessions, allowing you to connect deeply with your body and breath. Through meditation, you’ll cultivate inner stillness, creating space for clarity and presence. Experience the healing power of nature with Kneipp therapy by the nearby river, soothing your senses and restoring your energy. Engage in creative crafting, allowing your hands to express your inner world, and connect with the sisterhood through our women’s circles — sacred spaces to share, hold, and heal together. Outside, we’ll gather around the fire to explore the ancient art of fire-making, deepening our connection to the elements, followed by preparing and sharing nourishing meals together. Each moment is an invitation to slow down, be present, and experience the joy of coming together as a community of women, all supporting each other on this journey of self-discovery and healing. I am truly looking forward to hosting the Circle this May. It is always such a special time for me to be with you all — to share in this sacred space of connection, healing, and growth. Each gathering is a beautiful opportunity to come together, deepen our bonds, and hold each other in love and support. It fills my heart with joy to witness the transformation that happens when we share our stories, our wisdom, and our energy.
