#hathayoga #selftransformation #covid19 #newregulations
AT THE MOMENT WE HOST LITTLE GROUPS, ONE-ON-ONE TEACHINGS IN PERSON. ALL OTHER GROUP ACTIVITIES ARE EITHER ONLINE OR POSTPONED UNTIL WE CAN MEET AGAIN IN BIGGER GROUPS.
Thanks for following the current COVID regulations:
1. Mouth guard:
The mouth-nose protector is to be worn when entering the studio and also in the remaining rooms. During practice the mouthguard is not necessary.
2. Distance rules:
We also have to keep 1m safety distance to the other YogInis in the studio.
3. Wash your hands:
Please wash your hands when you arrive at the studio. Disinfectant does not replace the thorough washing of hands with soap and water.
4. Online pre-registration:
The number of participants in the classes is limited, therefore we ask you to pre-register online.
Please register via www.be-in-touch.at/classes, eversports or myclubs.
Your registration is binding. Please cancel your registration early enough before the class starts, to give other yogis the chance to participate. If you are not able to participate after all, please cancel your registration reliably within the deadline.
Admission after the start of the class is not possible.
Even if you have registered online, we ask you to give your customer card to the teacher to confirm your presence.
5. Yoga mat:
Please use your own yoga mat if possible. If you use one of our mats, please disinfect it carefully.
6. Yoga props:
You may of course continue to use our accessories. Please disinfect blocks and straps before and after use (sprays are available in the studio). If you use our pads please cover them with your own towel.
7. Water + Tea:
Water and Tea is available before and after the units. If possible please use your own "Mug", "Cup" and "Thermos cup".
8. Health:
If you belong to a risk group or are not feeling completely fit, please stay at home.
Thank you for following these Guide lines to stay healthy and respect the health of others.
