In this two-day non-residential retreat on the beautiful island, Cheung Chau we will explore Stillness in Asana and Awareness in Breath. The program is designed and led by two experienced instructors from Vienna and Taiwan.

From movement to stillness, we will explore why we do Yoga at deeper level and how Yoga can transform us nowadays according to ancient scriptures.
2nd Day AWARENESS IN PRANAYAMA
- ACTIVE MEDITATION
- AWARENESS IN BREATH
From scattering thoughts to one-point concentration, our energy is depleted by the fluctuation of mind. Meditation is a way to calm down, relax and rest our nerve system.

12 am - lunch break
