I learn.
I share.
I evolve.
Trainings + Study
Learning has the potential to become much more than the acquisition of knowledge. It can become a way of deepening our relationship with ourselves, with others, and with life itself.
The trainings and learning spaces at BE IN TOUCH are rooted in the understanding that lasting transformation does not arise from information alone, but through lived experience, reflection, embodied practice, and meaningful connection.
They are invitations to slow down, become curious, and explore the wisdom of the body, the nervous system, and the human experience with openness and compassion.
Drawing from somatics, trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive approaches, embodiment, bioregulation, mindfulness, yoga, and contemporary nervous system research, each learning journey offers an opportunity to integrate knowledge with direct experience. Rather than learning about the body, we learn with the body.
Whether you join a longer training, an ongoing study group, or a community learning space, the intention remains the same: to cultivate presence, deepen understanding, and develop the inner qualities that allow us to meet ourselves and others with authenticity, sensitivity, and trust.
These are spaces for professionals, practitioners, and lifelong learners who wish to explore not only what they know, but how they are in relationship—with clients, patients, colleagues, loved ones, and themselves.
I believe that learning and professional development flourishes
in community.
Your Community gathers...

Tue 22 SeptA monthly learning community at The Sanctuary with Meghan Bohardt & Barbara Walkowiak. September 2026 - June 2027
Learning flourishes in community.
When curiosity is shared, questions are welcomed, and different perspectives meet, knowledge becomes embodied, insight becomes integrated, and personal growth unfolds naturally.
Our hope is to create learning environments that continue to inspire long after a training has ended—spaces that nourish both professional development and personal transformation, and remind us that the most meaningful learning is often the learning that gently changes the way we live, relate, and accompany others.
