This workshop will be an informative + practical meeting for all who:
- want to turn their YOGA practice into a daily routine
- want to practice YOGA under all circumstances
- are interested in the long-term effects of yoga (this time focusing on Surya-Namaskar practice).
The daily practice (Sadhana) is a crucial part of unfolding the power of yoga. This is often a big hurdle in our everyday life. This workshop teaches you how to establish a daily practice and the steps necessary to do this. Throughout the workshop, I will be working with each of you on your own Sadhana. It differs from what you learn in regular Yoga-Asana classes. Yoga is a very individual process, which is why every Student of Yoga has traditionally been taught his routine (in secret) from his Guru.

Hello Yogi. I want to welcome all levels for this workshop (beginner to advanced yogi/ni) I will be your teacher in this workshop. My path with yoga began in the year 2000 when I came back from France to Vienna to study. I have been practicing traditional Hatha Yoga regularly since than. The first thing that I have learned was the SURYA NAMASKAR. My teacher back than made sure that our bodies as well as our egos were settled well to walk on the path of Yoga and I appreciate his thoughtful and well focused approach. I fell in love with this simple routine and made it my task to share the effect of Yoga (combined in this simple routine) with as many people as possible. Why: because it makes you feel better, healthier, happier.
RAUM für NEUES
RAUM für NEUES is a co-working space, founded by Barbara Probst and Daniela Razocher in 2013. It is a little quiet oasis above the roofs of Vienna in the city centre near the Volksoper.
RAUM für NEUES offers its visitors a wide range of possibilities of somatic coaching. A group of practitioners work daily in personal sessions with clients on their physical, emotional and psychological needs in order to support them on their way to health and well-being. Apart from this you can find Yoga-Classes, Workshops, Lectures, Community gatherings and much more.
The place has 2 big working rooms of around 25m2 each, a spacious entrance area, a big bathroom, toilet and kitchen/office.
