Yoga is a profound science of self-transformation, an ancient way to try and find our true nature. The scriptures talk about moksha Shastra, the total liberation from all attachments. After you become totally aware of what your true nature is, you enter a state where all past patterns (behaviour, emotion, motion, beliefs,...) come to an end. You become increasingly clear about your purpose in life and can then concentrate fully on this path.
The best renown part of Yoga in the west is the Asana practice, which became now an essential part of our modern lifestyle. It is fantastic training for posture-correction, a great way of taking care of your stress and rest balance in life and a wonderful training of your awareness, which is essential for every little decision in your life. The ancient Hatha Yogis already knew: For a clear mind, the body needs to be fit. Once this is established, we can proceed further on the path of liberation.

From now till the end of my (Barbara) maternity leave Miri + Franzi + Katharina will conduct all Yoga-Classes hosted by BE IN TOUCH. Pregnant Women + Women after giving birth or an abort (min 5-6 weeks after delivery) are very welcome in our Classes.

Barbara's passion and profession are to guide people to their inherent resources of health and happiness. Since more than 20 years she follows her passion for learning with and through the body. She works as a Somatic Coach, Counselor and Yoga Teacher in Vienna and Asia. In her groups and retreats, you will not only be guided into the healing technics but feel the depth of really being touched deeply in who you are.
In addition to her Yoga teacher training with Prasad Rangnekar, she completed the training in Pre- and Postnatal Yoga with Romana Delberg, Tina Nirtl, and Katarina Kreindl at the Yogawerkstatt in Vienna and is currently in training as a Trauma Sensitive Yoga Therapist under the guidance of Joachim Pfahl.
Her classes give you a firm and strong foundation in every aspect of yoga to directly start your daily self-practice, as well as a broader understanding of why you are doing what you learn during the Yoga Asana-Classes.
Miriam was already in India as a child and came to Sivananda Yoga in Vienna at the age of 19. Therefore, she was familiar with the more "traditional" aspects of yoga from the very beginning and finds the connection to this ancient Indian culture very beautiful, in addition to the tangible physical and mental effects of the practice.
In 2015, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, Northern India.
Her classes are traditional Hatha Yoga with a touch of improvisation of whatever she discovered.
Franzi was always fascinated by movement and the miracle of the human body, mind and soul. She is trained as a Nurse, Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher. Most important for her and her work is the balance and awareness about the uniqueness of every person. In her classes and workshops you are invited to to be who you are and create balance within your mind, soul, body - within your whole life. She recently moved to Vienna, where she is now working as a Yoga Teacher, hosting workshops, classes and cacao ceremonies.
About 15 years ago Katharina left her first yoga class feeling completely at peace within herself. Until today it is her wish to share this feeling of reconnecting with one’s body and breath in her yoga lessons. In 2019 she completed her Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Cologne and started teaching right afterwards. In her classes you find a space to reunite with your body, mind and breath, through concsious asana practice, pranayama and meditation. Each class has a theme on which Katharina shares her individual experiences and invites you to practice mindfulness and oneness together.
RAUM für NEUES is a co-working space, founded by Barbara Probst and Daniela Razocher in 2013. It is a little quiet oasis above the roofs of Vienna in the city centre near the Volksoper.
RAUM für NEUES offers its visitors a wide range of possibilities of somatic coaching. A group of practitioners work daily in personal sessions with clients on their physical, emotional and psychological needs in order to support them on their way to health and well-being. Apart from this, you can find Yoga-Classes, Workshops, Lectures, Community gatherings and much more.
The place has 2 big working rooms of around 25-27m2 each, a spacious entrance area, a big bathroom, toilet and kitchen/office.

Que[e]rbau SEESTADT is a living community that stands for openness towards people who aim to define and develop a self-determined identity and life's journey. This openness towards alternative structures and forms of family as well as the delight for a big ethnical diversity within the community should reflect that everybody is welcome the way he/she is.
Que[e]rbau is a newly built living-complex in the new living area of Vienna called SEESTADT.
The yoga room is a roof terrace with a wooden floor. From there we can even watch the beautiful sunset. One floor down there is a separate toilet and wardrobe, storage for your yoga mat and a small outdoor terrace with kitchenette. There is also a lift that takes you up to this little oasis. Access is either on the 4th floor ( kitchenette + sauna) or the 5th floor (via the roof terrace).
